Our Story
D One Builders was founded by Kyle Dickson in 2017 with a straightforward mission: deliver exceptional construction with honest communication and no shortcuts.
What started as a small operation serving Gilroy and Morgan Hill has grown into a full-service general contracting firm handling custom homes, remodels, commercial tenant improvements, and high-end finish work across the South Bay and South County.
Kyle brings a hands-on approach to every project. He is on-site regularly, managing crews and making sure every detail meets the D One standard. That commitment to being present and accountable is what sets us apart from other contractors.
